Our chef, Andrew Scott, has over 40 years’ experience in the catering industry. Having previously owned two very successful hotels and a delicatessen in the Perthshire area.
At Andrew Scott Catering we supply a bespoke catering package to meet any requirements and can provide vegetarian and/or dietary specific food in addition to your chosen menu choices. We always endeavour to give our clients exactly what they want within their budget. Our aim is to make each and every occasion that little bit different and special.
Some people have very specific ideas for their catering, others like to have lots to choose from so we will work closely with you to provide exactly what you want. Initially we ask for a meeting or telephone conversation to start the ball rolling on a “first draft” quote which will include the provision of crockery, cutlery, condiments, glasses, white linen table cloths and napkins, staffing/service (including set up) and VAT @ 20%. On booking we require a £200 deposit which will be deducted from your final account. Costings will always be discussed fully with you.
We happily work alongside local providers such as Highland Spit Roast and Mobile Measures Bar Service and if you are providing your own reception fizz and table wine we are happy to serve these with no corkage fees although we do have a £1 per person charge for glass hire and staff costs to serve reception drinks.
We pride ourselves in using local suppliers when at all possible and much of our meat such as pork and venison is sourced from our own and surrounding farms.
